  • Guided Imagery

    Guided Imagery is a therapeutic technique that can help reduce anxiety/stress related symptoms. The definition is as follows ” the use of words and or music to evoke positive imaginary scenarios in a subject with a view to bringing about some beneficial effect.” 

    Guided Imagery will reduce the intensity of your emotions and all you have to do is sit, relax, listen, and reap the benefits of allowing yourself to participate in a self-love technique.  

    During COVID I lead “Mindfulness Monday’s” at the VA Medical Center for my colleagues. People were able to tune in online during their lunch break and participate in this powerful stress reduction technique.
